Today is nice day, where I say something nice about someone to prove to you all that I don't hate everyone and everything. Actually, who am I kidding? I don't care if you think my first words were "you suck." Still, a little balance never hurt.

OK, so for this new gimmick I'm going to start off with someone I tend to crack on in some way or the other. Solange is a lot of things, but a wack ass video maker she isn't. "T.O.N.Y." is probably my second favorite song from her album Sol-Angel and the Hadley Street Dreams (I could've called it something else, but it's nice day) so I'm glad she finally decided to release a video for it.

Granted, she picked the worst time to drop the video, but hey, at least she even gets a third single.

I'm a sucker for a black + white video, and I have to say that while the concept is pretty more abstract than people have let on, I still like the overall vibe of it. As much as I love her sister the Queen, there's a certain depth to little sister that Beyonce is only seemingly discovering. Both try harder than a weed head does to pass a drug test, but little sister appears more earnest about it. That being said, yay for Solange.

Yeah, I'm done now. You can guess what the acronym for N.I.C.E. is. If yours just so happens to be more clever than mine, I might take it. You're warned.
